Blue Stork’s-bill

Some people often mistake the native Blue Stork’s-bill, Erodium crinitum, for a weed. The flowers are blue with a white centre not pink as in the several weedy species. The leaves are deeply dissected, finely hairy and three lobed. When spraying weeds make sure you look out for the native plant. Once wide spread it is now less common.
