Native vegetation on VVP linear reserves

Workshops have been held this week at Teesdale and Lake Bolac to raise awareness of the values that linear reserves such as roads and rail corridors have for native vegetation and fauna especially the threatened and endangered ones.

The workshops have been aimed at those who manage or are contractors that work in the linear reserves. We heard from a range of speakers and plan to post the presentations on this site over the next week. Here is the link to the presentation about the requirement to check whether a planning permit is needed prior to native vegetation removal  Native Vegetation on Linear Reserves 2015
