Native nettle flwOver the last couple of weeks actions by a landholder on the Victorian Volcanic Plains on what is considered a geologically significant site, has generated a fair bit of angst. It highlights again how difficult it is to manage and protect some areas and that we really need to consider how we can assist landholders to understand the value of what they have and reward them properly to manage such areas on behalf of all Victorians.
